Forever 21 Return Policy

If you’ve ever wanted to return an item you bought using one of the many Forever 21 coupons, but you weren’t aware of the Forever 21 return policy, here’s a quick rundown.

First off, you cannot get cash back for items returned to Forever 21, whether purchased in-store or online. According to Forever 21 return policy, all returns are refunded through exchange or store credit.

If you purchased an item from a Forever 21 store:

To return items purchased from a Forever 21 store, you must have the item you wish to return, with original tags attached, and the receipt for the item. Make sure the item has not been worn, washed, or soiled in any way. All purchases made in-store must be returned within 21 days. The receipt should have a “return by” date at the bottom. All jewelry, accessories, lingerie and final sale items are non-refundable. You will receive in-store credit equal to the purchase price of your returned item.

 

If you purchased an item from Forever 21 online store:

According to Forever 21 return policy, stores does not give in-store refunds for items bought online. To return items purchased from Forever 21′s online store, you must mail the item you wish to return back to Forever 21. Complete the return form that was shipped with your item. On the return form, you must indicate which items you wish to return, your reasons for returning the item, and the quantity of items you wish to return. If possible, repack your item in its original packing (not mandatory) and place the pre-printed return label on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless you received a defective item or the wrong item, which will be explained later). Last but not least, you will need to ship your package to the following address:

In 2-3 weeks your account will be credited for the purchase price of your returned item (4-6 weeks for international and APO/FPO addresses).

If you purchased an item online and received the wrong item, or a defective item:

If you bought an item from Forever 21 online and it was defective, or you received the wrong item, there are a few extra steps you’ll need to follow according to Forever 21 return policy. On your return form, be sure to indicate “defective” or “wrong item.” If the item is defective, you will also need to describe the defect. If you want the defective item exchanged, be sure to write “exchange” in the notes section on the return form. If the item you want exchanged is in stock, it will be shipped to you for no cost. (Exchanges cannot be made for international, AFO/FPO or U.S. territory addresses.) If the item you requested to exchange is not in stock, or if you do not wish to exchange the defective item, your account will be credited for the purchase price of the defective item within 2-3 weeks (or 4-6 weeks for international and APO/FPO addresses). You can receive credit for your return shipping cost by attaching the return shipping receipt (if you choose overnight, 2-day or 3-day shipping, only the cost of UPS ground will be refunded).
